I love my morning runs over the South Downs…  its the only time I feel ‘quiet’ all day in amongst the mayhem of work and young children.  This time of year is a little special, as the mornings are often crisp and clear and on a good day you can get a cloud inversion worthy of the alps.  Views like this make my heart sing..
