This months Cross Stitcher – issue 237 hit stores this week – and this is our second cover in a row!  Thank you team for supporting our efforts..  and to those of you who have already said how much you love the Laundry quick stitch project…a nod to my Grandmas Spring Washing Line.

At the back was a sneaky peak at next months issue – which I have 3 designs in… including my Royal Wedding sampler… with just enough time to stitch before the big day.

The overall theme next month is Baking and Kitchens – so I opted for 2 contrasting designs.. firstly the colourful cutlery runner which I have personally interpreted as a super sized wool bench cushion for the kitchen… and not forgetting my winking cheeky 50’s housewife.. just because I wanted something a little tongue in cheek!

I personally think the team are doing a fantastic job with the new magazine – with work by all the emerging as well as more established talent in cross stitching.
