We use both Crewel and Tapestry yarn in our stitch kits.  Both are heritage yarns which are not as widely used as they used to be.  William Morris used our quality in his heritage crewel embroideries and Jacqui has used this in a new way in her 10hpi cross stitch kits, but favours the thicker tapestry yarn..

Our Crafteratti best selling premium Yum Yum Yarn is named due to it's utterly delicious nature.  Merino is naturally one of the softest yarns and is a delight to work with and wear.  The Yum Yum is carded, dyed and spun in the UK and is a super chunky size similar to THE WOOL and SUPER SEXY WOOL although we think ours is a little softer.

Available as 200g Hanks or 100g Balls, we also have a variety of kits available in this yarn.

A PREMIUM GIANT YARN

Our Crafteratti premium Super Duper Yarn is named due to it's utterly delicious nature.  Merino is naturally one of the softest yarns and is a delight to work with and wear.  The Super Duper is carded and dyed in the UK and is a super chunky unspun size which can be used for knitting chunkier projects

Available as 500g Balls, we also have a variety of kits available in this yarn.

NOTE this is an unspun yarn so is loose super soft fibres and perfect for supersize stitching projects and is best joined by felting methods.

Our Crafteratti premium Maxi Merino Yarn is named due to it's super size.  It is the biggest (fattest) yarn we do.  Merino is naturally one of the softest yarns and is a delight to work with and wear.  The MAXI MERINO is carded and dyed in the UK and is a mammoth giant unspun size which can be used for arm knitting and supersize projects

Available as 1kg Balls, we also have a variety of kits available in this yarn.
